Great new patient appointment today. My kiddo was sick. The clinic we’d been going to couldn’t get us in and for other reasons we wanted to try somewhere new. Clinic was clean and well maintained. The office staff were very nice, appropriately screened my call and very professional. We saw Dr. Ostrum and she was so nice and knowledgeable. She even did the strep swab herself. Impressive. Thank you for getting us in so quickly and taking care of my sick kiddo!

Love this children’s clinic! My kids have gone here for years. We’ve never had a bad experience with any of the doctors, nurses, or administrative staff but I want to give a special kudos to Dr. Ostrom! She is very thorough…from checking all things medical to patient/family education. I really appreciate her!

We’ve LOVED Dr. Kemph since 2018! She’s very detailed, attentive, thorough & kind. The staff is great also.

We just made the switch to LRCC from a different clinic, and the difference was night and day! They have a large, clean clinic, and everyone that we interacted with was fantastic! Katrina and Lindsey at the front desk were SO kind and helpful. The nurse we saw, Chasity, was extremely kind and patient, and was excellent with 3 young children towards the end of the day.
We saw Dr. Emison and I am so glad that we made the switch. She listened to everything I had to say, interacted with my children, again was very patient, and never once made us feel rushed. My children had a good experience, and we are very happy to have made the switch the LRCC.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic, Dr. Ostrom, or her nurse Christie! They have been literal lifesavers when it comes to providing care for my child. Their communication on the portal is so quick & effective. We absolutely love our pediatrician and her office staff.

My children have been going to this clinic since birth and their medical providers are the best!!! They will always make accommodations when needing to appointments, especially when there is a medical emergency. The staff is awesome! I want to recognize Ms. Katrina, you are the best and keep up the good work! She has a great attitude and most definitely needs a raise. Also thank you to Dr. Youngblood, Dr. Ostrom, and Dr. Emison, for being such great doctors and listening to my children’s concerns and addressing them. I really appreciate all the staff thank you again.

I am completely convinced that this is the best clinic in the county. I have NEVER sat in waiting for more than 15 minutes and every time I’ve had a concern about my daughter I’ve been able to get a message same day in their portal. When I had to fill out special insurance documents and was on an incredibly tight deadline the lovely Jenn (their current medical records person) got my daughter’s medical records not only to me SAME DAY (absolutely insane for a clinic anyways) but she also made sure that this paperwork was accepted and in the system for me. I called her probably four times throughout the course of the day and I could tell she had been checking in on it because her answers were immediate. It was so easy to tell how much of an asset she is to LRCC and it was a marvel for me to truly feel like she cared as much about my daughter’s care as I did. Every time my daughter is sick they are on the ball with same day sick appointments (even outside their walk-in hours) and the staff at the front is so friendly. Despite how many kids they serve they still remember my daughters name. I think that says it all. From reception to medical to the lab we have never ever gotten this kind of medical care. I can’t recommend them enough.

Recently decided to leave my child’s pediatrician in Cabot. Was referred to Dr Ostrum by my child’s cardiologist, but got in for a quick ER follow up visit with Dr Cunningham. Wow! It’s so hard to find good physicians these days who listen, have a great bedside manner, are thorough, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Dr Cunningham checked all the boxes. Both my child and I were relieved after the visit, and so happy we came across Dr Cunningham. She took the time, she was thorough, and really listened. I left feeling heard, confident in my child’s care, and satisfied with the plan of care. We will be back, and I highly recommend her! Thanks Dr Cunningham!

Dr. Emison is fantastic. My daughter has gone here for years and we've been very pleased. The nurses are also quick to get back with you if you call and ask a question.If you haven't been here before, it is best to drive around to the back of the building. The parking is much easier and the clinic is right next to the rear entrance.

Today I took my 10-year-old to LRCC for a “beetle juice” treatment, and he was really nervous that it was going to blister and burn. As soon as I told Kim (APRN) he was anxious, she immediately paused to talk to him, explain what to expect, and ease his fears. She addressed his concerns with so much kindness and patience. So many providers are in a rush or treat anxiety like it’s an inconvenience—but not Kim. Every single time we’ve seen her, she’s been patient, gentle, and genuinely caring. She listens to me as a parent and just as importantly, she listens to my son. That kind of care matters. I actually grew up going to this clinic and always loved it, but when my son was born, I started taking him to a clinic closer to Benton. That changed within his first year, when the clinic in Benton sent him home saying it was just a cold and he’d be fine—but my instincts told me it was something more. I called LRCC in a panic, and they got us in quickly. They listened, took his symptoms seriously, and diagnosed him with pneumonia. He’s been a patient here ever since. I know I can trust the providers at LRCC. I know they’ll take my concerns seriously and treat my child with the care and attention he deserves. Highly recommend.
